    For changing your avatar pic, you need to go to Profile -> Avatar, and follow the instruction there. You cannot upload your music on most forums, but here you can promote your work by posting links that would redirect the readers to your sites/social networking sites/your songs. You can also post your youtube/dailmotion/google videos here by clicking the video icon, which is above the text box xD!
